We kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made at least 48 hours in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. While this deposit cannot be refunded, it may be applied toward a future service or product at Bellissima.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations/reschedules will be charged 100% of the service total, unless due to an emergency.
We gently remind clients to be mindful when booking appointments during work hours. If you anticipate potential work calls, meetings, or schedule changes, we recommend booking during off-hours or on weekends when possible, as our cancellation policy does apply to same-day reschedules.
Please understand that last-minute changes impact not only our providers, but also clients who would have loved the opportunity to book that time slot. We deeply value your time and ours - and truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our policy.
